Engineering Services
The Town of Goshen is requesting professional engineering services to complete a Preliminary Engineering Report to assess the feasibility of converting the approximately 25,000 square foot historic school building located at 1124 Virginia Avenue Goshen, VA 24439 into a mixed-use community center. The building needs major renovation and requires facility analysis to determine renovation needs and cost estimates. The building is located in the floodway and an elevation certificate will be required. This project is being financed with Virginia Community Development Block grant funds.

Deadline for submittal of proposals is January 12th, 2022 at 2:00pm. Proposals shall be delivered to the Town of Goshen at 128 Main Street Goshen, VA 24439.
