The Town of Goshen owns and operates a public water system for its residents. 

Goshen also requires an Auto Decal annually for all residents of the incorporated limits. 

Dog tags can be purchased at the Town Hall for any Town or County resident. 

The Town requires a Town building permit for any new structures within the incorporated limits.

Currently:
residential  water - $20.00/monthly
small business – $30.00/monthly
large business $60.00/monthy
Water is currently at a flat rate and billed bi-monthly. To be metered at the completion of the Water Project.

Auto decals :  $20.00 per decal,  annually.

Dog tags:  
Male/Female Unsexed are $2.50
Male is $5.00
Female is $7.50.

Building permits:   $10.00
